Christmas Extended Returns
To avoid delays and help you plan your Christmas gifts while stocks last, gift orders made from the 1st October 2021 can be returned for exchange or refund up until the 31st January 2022. Usual terms apply.

Order before 2PM GMT Monday to Friday and items will be dispatched on the same working day. This excludes bank holidays, special or bespoke orders.
Economy UK Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
Standard UK Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
Expedited UK Delivery: Aims to deliver your order the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. With the exception of Royal Mail Economy 2nd Class delivery, all other services we use require a signature on delivery. If you miss the delivery, a card will be left to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

International Standard Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 7-10 working days. This can take up to 14 working days depending on the country and carrier.
Expedited International Delivery: Aims to deliver your order up to in 1-3 working days.
For deliveries to addresses outside the UK, the International Signed For Delivery service is our standard shipping option. Once the package has left the jurisdiction of the UK Post Office, it is subject to the delivery performance of the postal service of the recipient's country.
We appreciate that delays can take place at no fault of your own and in the event of a delay we will always endeavour to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

It is our policy that first orders over £100 will automatically be sent to the cardholder's address.
If you wish to cancel an order we will always try our best if notified as soon as possible or the order has not already been processed. Unfortunately once orders have been placed we are unable to change details or amend items within the order.
