At Gemondo, we believe that jewellery should be crafted to last a lifetime. To give you peace of mind, every piece of Gemondo natural gemstone jewellery is protected by a 2-year comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase.


What Your Warranty Covers

  • Broken Chains: Replacement of snapped or faulty chains during the warranty period.
  • Earring Backs: Replacement of broken or faulty earring backs.
  • Structural Defects: Faults in the metalwork or settings from the crafting process.

What is Not Covered

Certain conditions fall outside the free warranty to maintain the integrity of our service:

  • Accidental Damage: Improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Natural Wear & Tear: Including bent ring shanks from heavy use or lost items.
  • Plating: Gold plated items will naturally fade over time. We offer a chargeable re-plating service.

Shipping, Insurance & Replacement Policy

We strongly recommend that you insure your parcel and use protective packaging when sending jewellery to us. Please note that Gemondo (Pranda UK Limited) cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

  • Standard Turnaround: Repairs and replacements typically take up to 10 weeks.
  • Sourcing Materials: This duration depends on our ability to source specific materials or matching gemstones.
  • Rare Gemstones: Because we specialise in rare natural stones and unique cuts, some uncommon gems may take longer to find or may be impossible to replace to exact original specifications.

Replacement Policy

If your specific jewellery model is no longer available, we will:

  1. Communicate any necessary design amendments with you before proceeding.
  2. Offer an alternative item of equal value and similar appearance if an exact match cannot be found.
